This policy explains what information this website collects, how we use it and the choices you have. It covers the website only. It does not cover your medical records or the care you receive at our practice; please ask our office if you have questions about how patient information is handled.

Information you send us

When you use the contact form, we collect the details you type in: your first and last name, email address, phone number and your message. The form is emailed to our practice through our email delivery provider so that we can reply to you. We use this information only to answer your inquiry and to follow up about the services you asked about.

If you call or email us directly, we receive your phone number or email address and whatever you choose to tell us.

Please don't send medical details through this website

The website form and regular email are not intended for medical information. Please do not include symptoms, diagnoses, test results, medications or other personal health details in the contact form. If you need to discuss your health, please call our office at 434-448-9456 or bring it to your appointment.

Booking appointments online

When you click a booking link, you leave this website and book on OptiMantra’s patient portal, a separate service we use for scheduling. Information you enter there is collected and handled by OptiMantra under their own privacy policy and terms, not this one.

Website analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this website, for example which pages are read most and how people find us. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information such as the pages you visit, how long you stay, the type of device and browser you use and your approximate location. We look at this information only in aggregated reports and do not use it to identify you.
